Are we being tracked by satellites?
YES!
Lockheed and Boeing
have been making the Global Positioning Satellites (GPS) for many years.
These satellites are used to track everyone in the United States, and likely, most of the people in the world. Unfortunately, the U.S. Space Force also weaponizes many other satellites, including commercial satellites like Iridium.

The former Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, General Paul J. Selva, was previously the head of the Directed Energy program for the entire military. He certainly knows that microwave weapons are being used to track & target civilians.
