An intelligence panel investigating the ‘Havana Syndrome’ has released a report on the mystery illness. The intelligence report has given a new twist to the unresolved mystery illness that has affected dozens of US diplomats and spies worldwide. According to the panel, ‘pulsed electromagnetic energy’ delivered by an external device ‘plausibly explains’ some of the cases. A group of US diplomats and spies overseas have been reporting mysterious and sudden brain injuries.
